Benefits of Yoga
Offering the practice of yoga within the workplace brings multiple benefits, proven by academic research, both for employees and for the company.
Your employees will be mentally better equipped to deal with their workload and perceived stress when things get busier; plus their bodies won’t bother them with those aches and pains so familiar to those who sit for long hours (the reason to get up and get that 4th cup of coffee…)

Classes will be specifically tailored to the needs of office workers and so will the time of day in which to practice. Sessions can be 20 or 30 minutes long and can choose between:
Wake-me-up Yoga: morning
yoga (before work) to get
centred and start the day right.
Lunch-hour Yoga: re-energising
practice to refresh the mind and release tension in the body, to continue to be
productive and focused.
